Joseph is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully mentored and trained several junior reps for our company. This has resulted in overall increased revenue. Though he was an asset to our sales floor, Joseph was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to writing effective training modules for sales representatives, Josephs assumed a leadership role in sales meetings, inspiring and motivating employees.
